  1. I’ve tried to do your survey. Site keeps directing me to Dollar General survey and coupon sites. My ID # is 02096 2214 135. I have made 5 trips to Lowe’s, Durant, Ok this week for plumbing supplies including all supplies to redo all water lines, 40 gal hot water heater and supplies to replace and repair Sheetrock in 3 rooms. I am very pleased with the kindness and understanding your staff showed me, I am 68 and female, they explained what I needed and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I appreciate that. In an age of dwindling trained skilled laborers it is nice to do business with people that know the products they sell.

      I needed a deck step. I found one at Menard`s for $31 . Went to Lowes and got a 2 sided.. treaded deck step for $ 11.98 !! It was too long and a young man named Andi
      said.. I`ll be glad to cut it down ! It fit PERFECT!!!! They had previously found and cut down deck spindles for me.. like 10 years ago. AND helped me convert my gas grill into a charcoal grill. Had all the metal I needed and the size. I never have to ask for help at Lowes. I appreciate THAT.
      NOW.. don`t send me ANY spam or give my info out or I won`t be happy anymore with Lowes.

  4. Store Associates make all the difference in your shopping experience! I was greeted by Mike S. in the Appliance department. From then on, I received courteous and very special help with my questions about the refrigerator I wanted to buy. His good nature, and above and beyond help in choosing the right one, will make store #2230 my go to store from now on. Associates can make or break a company, and people like Mike S. will make people come back again and again. Thank you for hiring great people!

    My Lowe’s Receipt show: Store: 2271, Terminal 15, 05/11/19 13:31:10, Trans #15606578 is what is below the bar code, one shower door and installation.
    The 2nd receipt shows: Store 2271, Terminal 15, 05/04/19 06:43-53, Trans #15977412 05/04/19, 3 sets of mirrored closet doors and installation.

    I wanted to express my comments in regards to two purchases handled by Deedra Smith, who handed both of these sales transactions. This was the ordering and installation of one shower door and also 3 sets of mirrored closet doors. Deedra was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about both products. She took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. Deedra also followed through on both projects in getting my doors measured, picking out the product and lastly handling of getting the doors installed. The workmen did an excellent job on both projects and we love our new doors. Deedra is a valuable asset to your company. Our family recently moved from another state and she made our time in your store worry free. We used to shop at Home Depot, but after working with Deedra, we will continue to give Lowes our business.   6. Just need to give a big THANK YOU to Tim and Nathan in Plumbing at the Lowes Store in Morehead City NC. They went above and beyond the call of duty to replace a broken backsplash on a vanity I had purchased from Lowes a month before and made my day,week, renovation!!! On a busy Saturday I was treated like I was at a small town independent.

  7. At Lowes in Springville N.Y., we were helped at Returns by Holly, who was so helpful. We had a small box of receipts, because of our big project, & she patiently went thru & found the item numbers to match the returns! Then, we went to the outdoor spotlights, & Emily (?) helped us find the correct light. She works at the desk, but came to our aid when we needed it. She had the ‘Electrical’ person check it to make sure it was the correct item, which it was! She then directed us to the cashier, Kelly, who helped with a ‘Guarantee’ question as she checked us out. All these women were so helpful, competent, & nice. I wanted to put these ‘kudos’ on Lowes survey site that is on the receipt, but am unable to get to it, due to it shifts you to many other sites, but not the survey.

  11. Last week I visited Lowes to buy lumber for a home project. “Geo” helped me in more than one way. Yesterday, I again had to get more lumber to finish my project. “Geo” was there again to help me select, load and reload onto my truck. He’s awesome, thanks Geo!!!!

  12. Visited your Hudson (#2927), New York store this morning. A gentleman, Dave, from the tools department went above and beyond in helping me locate a few items and answer questions. I have tried numerous times to find a survey to express that he certainly deserves a 10 out of 10 points but the information I keep getting on the web site isn’t letting me complete the expected survey.

  18. Unable to enter survey. Have tried for several days and now I can’t enter since 7 days have elapsed. Why does Publishers Clearing house and others coming up? At one time, it was easy to enter like other surveys.

  20. We were dealing with the lumber department.George was amazing. He helped us figure out what we needed to replace our front porch and roof. We lost in a tornado 2 years ago. On his way home he stopped to look at our project. He goes above and beyond. They were short staffed but he took time to talk to us.

Eddie went directly to the product and explained to me the installation and settings of the fixture. His knowledge and personality are superlative. Hello me and my family were in The Newark store today and had a great visit all because of Jonathan Patricia and Ricky they made it very comfortable for us and they all we’re just so polite and Jonathan and Ricky helped load the truck and before we left Jonathan had a conversation with me and my son and my husband and he showed us where the taco stand was which we never knew was there and he offered to load our truck with the bricks we had bought. He is very polite a very good guy and I would like to see him every time I go to Lowe’s that just makes me want to go back just because there is such a good nice kind sweet person there and I tried to offer him something to drink and he said no he was fine he had water and I think he should be noticed for all of his great hard work such a wonderful team you have in the Newark Lowe’s Patricia is the one who checked me out Jonathan and Ricky loaded my truck and Jonathan had helped me two days prior load my car with bricks so he so me and told me that he was going to clock in and he would be in the garden center so he could help me load more bricks and I told him no you don’t have to my husband is here but no still insisted on loading my truck and had a very great conversation with my son my son was teaching him some words in Spanish we look forward to going back to the Newark thanks to Jonathan Patricia and Ricky.
